Accommodation

Required documents for check-in:

• 1 photo;
• Passport (foreign passport);
• Agreement with the Academy or a Student Certificate

Check-in hours: 12:00-14:00 (Mon-Fri).

To move into our Academy dormitories, an accommodation contract must be finalized and signed by the dormitory Administrator and the Student.

1500 PLN should be paid before check-in:

•  A one-time deposit of 750 PLN, which will be returned to you upon eviction from the hostel, provided that you do not cause damage to the hostel during your stay;
• 750 zł for 1 month in a room for 2 people;Payment for each month must be made by the 15th of the current month in the amount.

You must inform the Chancellor in writing one month in advance of your eviction from the dormitory. When you move in, be sure to familiarize yourself with the condition of the room and report any faults or damage to the janitor (janitor), otherwise you may be charged with a claim when you move out. All of these malfunctions and damages must be noted in the move-in protocol.

The dormitory provides:

• Pillow, blanket, mattress;
• A room with a minimum of necessary furniture (bed, closet, bedside table);
• A kitchen with a refrigerator

! Please note that you need to have (or buy on the spot): two-bed sets, dishes, towels, and so on.

It is advisable to choose the option to buy everything when you are here, as prices are different and numerous stores are available all around the city. Personal Space/Wardrobe is limited.

For example,  a set of bedding costs about 20 Euros.
